BODY SURGERY

Abdominal lifting

Abdominoplasty is surgery that involves removing excess skin and fat from the middle and lower abdomen. With this intervention is also achieved a strengthening of the abdominal wall musculature. This intervention is performed under general anesthesia, through an incision in the pubic area and the navel.

Because of the incision, a more or less large scar is left in the lower abdomen, depending on the extent of the area to be treated. The scar can be treated later with laser treatments.

Body Lifting

The lifting is a procedure that allows mitigating the most visible signs of aging in the face or body.

It is an intervention that allows to stretch the skin and get a smoother appearance. It usually requires a night of hospitalization. Surgery is usually performed under general anesthesia, although it can sometimes be performed under local anesthesia and sedation. The days after the intervention, the patient should rest and avoid sun exposure, as well as the use of cosmetics.

It is estimated that the intervention is visible in the patient about 10 years.

Scars, warts

Microsurgery is the medical specialty that requires a surgical microscope to carry out the interventions. In plastic, reconstructive and aesthetic surgery, this discipline helps in operations such as breast reconstruction, sequelae of burns or post-traumatic defects.

Buttocks with prosthesis

The gluteal augmentation intervention aims to improve the appearance of the gluteus and enlarge its volume. There are several techniques to achieve the desired results, but it is usually done with a prosthesis in a surgery lasting about two hours.

The intervention is performed under general anesthesia, and an incision is made in the area of the inter-gluteal fold, where the scar will be hidden. It is through this incision that prostheses are placed-especially designed for that area-at the subfascial, submuscular or intramuscular level, depending on the case and the results that are desired.

Intimate vaginal lips surgery

The labiaplasty is the surgical procedure that consists of improving and embellishing the aesthetic (and sometimes functional) aspect of the female genital lips.

Normally labiaplasty women who have excessively large lips and seek to reduce them are involved, but there are two types of labiaplasty:

when they are excessively large and must be reduced and when the lips are low in volume or slightly wrinkled.

It is an intervention that can be performed with conventional surgery or with laser technology.

Urinary incontinence with CO2 laser

It is a non-invasive procedure that allows photothermal retraction of the vaginal canal, without incisions, without sutures, without bleeding, without ablation and in a very comfortable way.

The CO2 laser thermally affects the vaginal tissue, stimulating the remodeling of collagen and the synthesis of new collagen fibers in the vaginal mucosa and enriching the collagen of the endopelvic fascia.

Reinforcement of pelvic floor with CO2 laser

It consists in narrowing the vaginal canal, thus returning the tone that has been lost through aging or childbirth.

The procedure is surgical and is usually performed under local anesthesia, although more and more attempts are being made with less invasive techniques, especially with laser.

Depending on the technique used, the doctor will schedule a few days of rest and sexual abstinence.

Vaginal whitening with CO2 Laser

Genital whitening is the discoloration of the dark pigmentation of the skin around the genitals and anus. It is a beauty treatment widely used in the world.

Some of the causes that produce the darkening of the intimate parts are: the passage of time, the rubbing of intimate clothes, sweat, menstrual bleeding (due to the blackening effect of the iron it contains), bad personal hygiene, changes Hormonal and constipation are some of the causes that produce darkening in the intimate parts.

Treatment

To find the ideal soft pink color, we use the most innovative treatments (fractionated CO2 laser or last generation IPL), for hyperpigmented areas or with melanosis achieving a clearing of the area.
